COX HEATH, Tortola, VI- Two vehicles sustained damages after colliding on a turn at CoX Heath on the main island of Tortola today, May 16, 2021.

According to reports, the accident took place around 2:40pm and involved two SUVs that were heading in opposite directions.

The smaller of the two SUVs appeared to have suffered the most damages, including a broken axle.

No one was reportedly injured and no ambulance was called to the scene.

Police were promptly on the scene to carry out their investigations.

    Thats a big wide road...No reasons for accident on this road if your focus on driving with your eyes on the road..

    The only way to slow down drivers on Tortola is to build a large speed bump every 500 yards on every road on the entire island of Tortola. There are very few accidents between the school and the water plant in Sea Cows Bay because of 8 speed bumps on this mile of road.
