PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI- Contestant #3 C’Novia Toussaint and Delroy Prince are Miss and Mr HLSCC 2023/24 respectively, after being crowned moments ago, Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium, H. Lavity Stoutt Community College in Paraquita Bay, Tortola.

Toussaint beat out 3 other contestants for the crown, while Prince was the lone contestant for the Mr HLSCC title.

The First Runner-Up is Contestant #1 Tanesha Warner.

Individual awards

Toussaint also took 5 of the 8 individual prizes- People's Choice Award, Miss Intellect, Best Business Wear, Best Ambassadorial Presentation, and Best Evening Wear.

Contestant#2 Shanta Connor took awards for Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic, while Warner got the judges' nod for Best Performing Talent.

Notably absent during the announcement of winners was Contestant #4 Kanya Matthew.

    The criteria for this crown must be a 4.,0 GPA,phenomenal extracurricular activities talent and skills and acceptance Oxford Yale or Harvard offering 100% Academic Scholarship to fund her ASTRO physicist studies,. Congratulations!
