MEXICO CITY, Mexico - Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi announced a $1 billion loan to Latin America and the Caribbean for Covid-19 vaccine access during a virtual gathering with his Latin American counterparts on Wednesday, according to a statement released by the Mexican Foreign Affairs Ministry.
"China's Foreign Minister said that the vaccine developed in his country will be a public benefit of universal access, and that his country will designate a loan of $1 billion to support access [to the vaccine] for the nations of the region," the statement said.

During a daily briefing on Thursday, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador thanked China after the loan announcement.

"We're very grateful to China, with the Chinese government, the President -- you remember I had the chance to speak to him on the phone -- we asked him for support with medical equipment, there have been many aid flights coming from China."

"There's always been enough equipment supply, medicines, and now there is this offer," he added.

The virtual meeting on Wednesday was led by Mexico's Foreign Affairs Minister, Marcelo Ebrard, and Wang Yi. Their counterparts from Argentina, Barbados, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago and Uruguay also joined.

Ahead of the meeting, China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said in his daily briefing that during the pandemic, "China and Latin American and Caribbean countries, though oceans apart, have stood together against this common foe and conducted practical and effective cooperation to the benefit of all our people."

He said the meeting would "consolidate consensus between the two sides on jointly fighting the pandemic, cement political mutual trust, uphold multilateralism" and build a community with a shared future for the regions.

Latin America became the epicenter of the global pandemic in late May. A CNN analysis of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) data last week found that Latin America and the Caribbean had suffered more coronavirus deaths than the US and Canada -- though the latter had still reported more deaths per capita.

China is the enemy. Loan that can't be paid back is a loan to own. China means to take over the World. What Vaccine? Is this the vaccine they recently tried on their own military. How did that go?? Is it a chromosome altering and DNA changing vaccine like all the other vaccines being concocted by so many world wide companies? Transhumanism is real and it is coming soon. These are the end of days, these vaccines will have chips, no vaccine chip no job, food, or travel for you. Please research and test everything, we are smart people here in the BVI, many are not working and have time to research and bring out FACTS. Not everyone likes facts, but we need researchers to step up and bring validated info to the public. This story should raise concern. I look forward to comments to this story.

As the nickname says, DONT DO IT!! China loves to handout these neo colonial loans-to-own-you and with certain "strings" attached (Worship of CCP, Always say good things about CCP, Free reign to buy ports and important infrastructure). Look!, our African brothers and sisters who are in leadership roles are waking up!! They are wiping out their debt to the CCP and finding many wrong things that they did not expect when they signed that deal.

Please, to all my Caribbean brothers and sisters who can read this, refuse any and ALL loans from the CCP, the true virus destroying China and world right now. CCP has always meant to rule the world and has lied about the virus, stole and are continuing steal important Covid data to then be the savior f the world. Any and all people who wish to defect or rat them out are ending up dead or disappeared.

Down with the CCP! Down with Xi Jingping! Down with the Wumao!

The Main Man behind all the Vacines (Bill Gates) clearly states in an interview that with introducing as much vaccines as possible, they can reduce the worlds population. Blacks and Native Americans should be given the vaccine first. ? Are we ginipigs? Sometimes I wonder if this Government knows whats going on and is just silent about it. They keep saying until we get a vaccine. What's in these vacines ? What effects are they gonna have on peoples lives? Is this the new or smart way of putting chips into us to try and get the New World Order in effect. We have a similar word going right now.(The New Regular). I wish GOD could could make someone within the Worldwide COVID-19 camp (Whoever is responsible) for this PLANDEMIC, to come out and CONFESS to the world about what they have done and is still doing. The world wide Media needs to stop fooling people and Youtube needs to stop removing usefull information to the public. ( GODS words says " My People Perish For The Lack Of Knowledge" )

I'm not taking anything that comes this way. They clearly sent a message to the world they want to depopulate the world, plus, a vaccine they said would take up to a year or more to see results. They are again using people as guinea pigs, and always African People. People better wake up...NOW!
