Carrot Bay 10K set for Sept 14

CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI- Race 3 in the BVI Runners 10k fun run series with 5k option will be this Saturday September 14, 2024, at 6.30 AM.

The Carrot Bay 10k will start and end at the Carrot Bay festival grounds. 

Runners will head to a cone at the foot of Windy Hill before turning heading to the North shore through Carrot Bay, Apply Bay, over the hill into Long Bay and continue along the track to Smugglers Cove.  At Smugglers Cove, runners will continue along the track for another 1/2mile until steep hill, turn and return to start/finish.

5K course

There is also a 5k option and runners will turn before Long Bay hill.

According to organisors, there will be water at the 5k turn and at the start/finish otherwise runners should cater to their own hydration needs on the course.
