NBVI offers settlement in Hon. Fahie lawsuit appeal
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – First District Representative Hon. Andrew A. Fahie has agreed to negotiate what appeared as a generous but undisclosed settlement offer made by representatives of the National Bank of the Virgin Islands (NBVI), formerly Development Bank, following a hearing before the Court of Appeal today, April 30, 2014.

Rosan-Bunbury was removed from office as the Crown had taken legal action against her but a tribunal had in May 2012 found no wrongdoing on her part and had advised that she be returned to office.
