Economy doing well! – Premier Smith

Orlando Smith became the butt of jokes in 2013 when he claimed that the economy was robust, before back pedaling on his own statements. Now again, contrary to reports on the ground and from the ordinary man, Premier Smith has claimed that the Virgin Islands economy is “doing well” even while acknowledging that there were delays in some persons being paid.
