ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Norwegian Gem yesterday March 19, 2016 entered the Port Road Harbour at the Tortola Pier Park and docked at the cruise pier and had passengers disembark even after it was denied berthing in St Maarten one day prior because of passengers allegedly becoming sick with the stomach flu Norovirus.
