RDA CEO earning big bucks to manage people picking up garbage – Hon Fraser
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Senior legislator and Opposition Member, Honourable Julian Fraser RA (R3) has said CEO of the Recovery and Development Agency (RDA), Mr Paul D. Bayly is earning big bucks to manage people who collect garbage around the Virgin Islands.
HLSCC gets $100K annual donation from UNITE BVI
