Imagine the road is not completed, and they start to drive crazy. Please put down some speed bumps on that road once completed.

there must be a better way than speed bumps, how do speed bumps affect an Ambulance emergency? How do they affect the response time? I would estimate approximately 15 minutes when you consider them going to their destination and returning. That's a lot of time if the emergency is time sensitive.

It’s strange that the minister is calling for caution when the work men are doing rebar in pitch dark. The only form of lights they have is from the passing cars. I guess he will wait until a car( God forbid) run over one the very same work men before giving them the proper lighting they need to do their job effectively and efficiently. Not sure why these people who know better don’t do better. They always wait for the worst to happen before doing anything.

These insane racing drivers speed to go no where and risk other road users. It is pathetic and needs to stop. Go and kill yourself not others. What a bunch of idiots.

I do hope that the injuries gotten by the one (1) person is not very serious, and that recovery will be soon. Question though, what area in Hodges Creek this accident occurred, approximately 90% of the road has been drugged up and under repair ongoing.
If it is true, as was reported that high speed drive may be the factor for this accident, then it will be fair to charge the driver for wreckless driving, but before such, proper investigation is needful. Investigation in progress. Randon speculations spoken and written without evidence is not wise.

Blaming the driver??? Everything is speed.not the fact that the gravel loose, no lighting, no road sign to say men working, no man directing traffic. A way to cover y'all asses. Expect nothing better from polititrickians and their cover ups.

Speed was clearly a factor, that is obvious to most educated people. How can you blame loose gravel and poor lighting. Did the car not have its lights on? Speed kills and ayo don't learn a ting

It did have men directing traffic, and we were in the process of setting up lights. This guy came around the corner like a maniac, ran over lights, generator and nearly killed workmen minding their business. If you don’t know what’s going on keep your stupid mouth shut.

It is a police officer who drove through the road barriers while drinking alcohol and got into the accident.

For people who like speeding and driving recklessly, the law should take away their Drivers License and make them pay a heavy fine especially if they cause damage to property, cause someone to loose their lives, or cause other persons to get injured.

And according to the circumstances, put them in jail for a period of time.
