We need armed security, trained to shoot. Once a couple of these thieves get to hell early the rest will think twice about stealing peoples hard earned money.

Between police & security and no information there is the illusion of security no real security. Keep a sack of rocks or some else because you cant depend on mercy from evil. Gang up on them they will be on the floor.

So, no registration of scooters on island, eh?

    That's what's needed here:

The registration of all scooters, imported, in this country!
This is why the registration of all moving vehicles ARE SO IMPORTANT!

Now, what's needed is license plates for all motorbikes..VIN, names of importers, names of current owners, and so forth!
And, if the vehicle has been impounded or exported as trash, those VIN numbers should be recorded as well!

And, please make sure that the license plates of these bikes are of the largest FONTS, and in the colors, that are easiest to spot miles away!
Solving crime is not hard. The right strategies, however, is what's needed to be successful!
