Antigua: Residents warned to refrain from stealing solar batteries
ST. JOHN'S, Antigua- The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) is appealing to residents to refrain from stealing the batteries from the solar lights installed at various locations across the island.
The plea came from APUA’s Corporate Communications Officer, Anazette Reynolds.
Reynolds said this plea is in response to a concern from a customer about the absence of streetlights in the vicinity of the St John's Pentecostal Church House of Restoration, St John's, Antigua.
