mannered tourists to arrive on Tuesday.
The soca event at Big Bamboo was a big let down it was empty and the jouvert was a joke at 6am with less than 30 people.
Now comes Sunday and all the people from Tortola and VG come to enjoy the bands at Big Bamboo & Anegada Reef and that is it.
Now the tourist board did go all out promoting the event but they only premoted it in the BVI facebook page, instagram, they waste most of the budget if not it all for Anegada on this event and its aimed at people in Tortola.
Great job Tourist Board!
Sunday though it had more than Saturday was much less than previous years.
