Andrew A. Fahie is in good spirits but misses his family & people- US attorney

Mr Della Fera, who is the appeal lawyer for Mr Fahie, appeared as a “call in” guest of The International Morning Braff on Tola Radio VI 100.5 FM on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, when he disclosed that he has been brought in to handle Mr Fahie’s appeal of the conviction that was entered in the criminal case tried in Miami, Florida.
‘Looking forward to getting conviction overturned’- Fahie’s attorney
Mr Fahie was convicted on February 8, 2024, of cocaine smuggling and money laundering charges, and is scheduled to be sentenced on August 5, 2024.
“I was contacted by Mr Fahie to handle the appeal that will be presented, following the sentencing that is coming up on August 5th.
“The way the legal procedure works in the United States is that an appeal of a conviction can’t be filed until the sentence is imposed. So, that’s our intention, we are going to file a Notice of Appeal and appeal the conviction, and various errors we believe were committed during the process of the trial and we are looking forward to getting this conviction overturned,” Mr Della Fera stated.
Possibilities
The attorney, who has been practising criminal trial and appellate defense work for nearly 30 years in the US, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, said the two possibilities of overturning the conviction would be that the conviction is just vacated and Mr Fahie cannot be re-tried, or that there would be a re-trial, “and I am confident that one of those two options is going to come to reality.”
Host of the show Floyd Burnett aka ‘Heritage’ then asked Mr Della Fera about the condition of Mr Fahie.

The attorney said he was happy for that question because, “I want everyone to know that his spirits are high. He is a man of faith, as everyone probably knows, he has faith in the Lord that he is going to be exonerated and he is looking forward to that moment that he receives that exoneration.”
Mr Della Fera noted that he speaks to Mr Fahie on almost a weekly basis. “I go to see him in person and I could tell you that his spirits are very high and he is very thoughtful about his people and he certainly missies his family very very much, as you can imagine.
“He misses being among his people that I am sure you would agree he very ably represented as the Premier,” Mr Della Fera stated.

This is what I love about God, no matter what sins we may have committed, he ALWAYS FORGIVES us, once we come to him with repentant hearts. You and I don't know whether Mr. Fahie has repented and asked for forgiveness. Whatever acts he may have committed concerning a witch, that's in the past. He may have found true forgiveness with Christ, so please stop being judgmental and bringing up his past. Bear him up in your prayers (especially if you consider yourself a child of God).
Find verses in the Bible that speak about love, forgiveness, repentance. Let God do the judging.
Is he capable of screwing up like any other human? Ofcourse.
Is he innocent of this? Surely not.
Mr. Fahie needs to start by accepting reality for what it really is. He needs to accept his guilt, and plead for mercy from the courts. Stop wasting their time and stop believing in lawyers. Theyll always say yes to you and go with your flow no matter how pointless your case may be. They still get paid. One lawyer already reaped benefits knowing where thos case was headed. Dont allow another one to gain off of you as well
If I was a lawyer getting so much buy the hour, I would sew hope to every paying client that is willing to believe no matter how damning the evidence. Face it Andrew, them lawyers F###ing you the same way you was F###ing we.
P.s. before God help you, it has a long line of falsely accused people behind bars that are actually innocent.

None of us knows what can befall us in the future. Those of us who have faith by grace in God our Creator and Father should pray for him and his family for the best outcome. If your husband, your wife, your and other family members were in his position, even you neighbors too, wouldn't you want the best outcome for them, if you love them? Yes you would.
Humans are wicked by nature. Even those that we perceive are good people, in our mind, they are not good enough to deserved life, much less, freedom of conscience without guilt.
It being what it is, I hope the mercy will be granted to our former Premier. If you and I show mercy to others, mercy will be granted to us by God our Creator and Father. Amen.
