Adaejah T Hodge back in VI following WU20 win

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Virgin Islands Olympian Adaejah T. Hodge returned home on Thursday, November 28, 2024.

This is the Track and Field star's first return to the Territory since copping the 2024 World Athletics Championships 200m gold medal and the 100m silver medal in Lima, Peru in August 2024.

The BVI Athletics Association congratulated Hodge calling her the VI’s “athletic phenom”.

A welcome ceremony was planned for the VI’s youngest Olympian, however due to circumstances not disclosed, it was postponed.

Hodge was welcomed by members of her family, the BVI Athletic Association, the BVI Olympic Committee and members of the media.
