ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- An accident occurred this afternoon, Thursday, September 4, 2025, sometime after 4:00 PM on the James Walter Francis Drive dual-carriage way.

The accident involving a scooter and a vehicle occurred in the vicinity of the RJT Edifice, which houses various entities, including the Immigration Department.

It appears that the scooter rider sustained some injuries.

    These young scooter riders need to be very careful when they are on the highway especially. Most of them does not respect the car divers at all.

    Drivers drive withdue care most of these scooters dont have insurance so if you see an accident about to happen try your best to avoid them.

    ABOUT THEM YOUTHS ON THOSE SCOOTERS , DO IF THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR LIVES ( WHEN THEY DOING THEIR " WHEELIES " & ON THEIR CELL PHONES ) MORE POWER TO THEM , THE UNDERTAKERS WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE THEM A PROPER SEND OFF ON THEIR JOURNEY TO THE BONEYARD , AND AM SURE THEY WILL BE GLAD TO BE REUNITED WITH THEIR PATHNERS THAT WENT ON BEFORE THEM AND HAS BEEN CHILLING OUT DOWN THERE , ( STRANGELY NONE THESE SUPERSTARS HAVE EVER RUN INTO A BACK HOE YET , ???? SOONER OR LATER " ONE AH DEM CRACHHEAD " WILL TRY IT / BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE INVINCIBLE .

      There’s where my NHI money been spent. After paying into that institution from it i inception at very high rate. Retired now. And can’t accessed it because of my low pension plan They still want me to contribute still.. but god been good to me. Remains very healthy. Congrats to all the Unemployed bike men. ????????????.     I saw 3 of them scooter riders flying past the police station opposite the ferry dock, no mufflers, no helmets, I guarantee no insurance and licenses and no brains. They are taking the police for fools as not one officer came out to check. The police are not doing their job.

    Slam up my ride in something and watch the scooter man ride off laughing or knock him down knowing he ain’t got insurance or the bike license and he don’t even have a license to operate the motorbike.
