ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Shallow patches of low levels embedded within a moderate flow of straight winds will continue to move through the [British] Virgin Islands and maintain a moderate chance of rain activity in parts of the Wind Isles occasionally over the next 24 hours.
This is according to the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) in its weather forecast for Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
Meanwhile, humidity and instability associated with the "presence of a strike front" will further increase the chances of rain activity in northern Wind and the [British] Virgin Islands during that time, DDM added.
Weather Today: Partly Cloudy to Cloudy and Hazy with 70 percent or a high chance of rain.
Weather tonight: Partly cloudy to cloudy and hazy conditions with a 70 percent or a high chance of overnight showers.
Winds: East-Northeast 15 to 30 mph or 9 to 18 mph with lighter gusts overnight.
Mares: 1,2 a 1,8 metros o 4 a 6 pies.
