4.2 magnitude earthquake felt in VI
According to the Puerto Rico Seismic Network, it recorded an earthquake measuring a magnitude of 4.22.
It said the epicenter was located at latitude 18.39 north, longitude 65.05 West or approximately 12.53 Km West North West of Charlotte Amalie at a depth of 58 km.
According to the Department of Disaster Management (DDM), no Watches, Advisories or Warnings were issued for this event.
"The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) takes this time to remind the BVI community that we live in a seismically active zone, which makes the Territory vulnerable to earthquakes."
What do do during an earthquake?
During an earthquake it is important to stay calm, if you are inside stay there, move away from ceiling fans, glass windows and doors or anything that may fall. Get under a desk or sturdy piece of furniture cover your head and hold on. If outdoors, move into an open area away from trees, building, or utility wires and poles.
During an earthquake the more you move the more likely you are to be hurt, so refrain from entering or exiting a building at the time of the impact.

chastisement will be worst.. but I pray that if God could find a few faithful ones He will continue to spare us..we are living in end-times prophecy but we are behaving as it was in the days of Noah..WE NEED TO LISTEN AND TURN TO GOD THOSE OF US THAT DO NOT KNOW HIM!!..Time for all of us to “look up” for our Redemption draweth nigh..may God have Mercy on us all..
