The teams descended on the Territory to compete for bragging rights to many different sports, including dominoes, basketball, table tennis, volleyball, cricket, and football just to name a few.
The events kicked off with a grand social gala at the Prospect Reef Court Hall where the sounds of local Dj Push Pop hit the airwaves and officials were able to meet and become aquatinted with their counterparts while others were reacquainted with other brothers and sisters of the fraternity.
However the more formal Opening Gala took place on Thursday night at the Multipurpose Complex where the Premier and Minister of Finance Dr. the Hon. D. Orlando Smith, Minister for Education and Culture Hon. Myron V. Walwyn and Commissioner of Customs, Mr. Wade Smith gave remarks to welcome the attendees and declare the tournament open.
