3 rushed to hospital after vehicle flips @ West End

WEST END, Tortola, VI- At least three persons were taken to Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital after being involved in a vehicular accident on West End, Tortola, on Tuesday evening, December 28, 2021.

According to reports, the persons received injuries after the vehicle they were in flipped on the roadway.

Our newsroom was informed that the driver had attempted to avoid hitting garbage that was falling from a moving vehicle when but lost control of the automobile.

The extent of the injuries the three persons received is unclear.

    Wishing the best for everyone that was involved in the accident. This accident could have been avoided if people would only secure their garbage more properly in the back of their vehicles. Many times I had to swerve to avoid falling garbage from vehicles.

    to flip a car you must be moving well above the speed limit unless you go over the side

    I hope that their injuries a not very serious, and that their recovery will be quick.
    My people, the arriving New Year will come. Drive wisely. Wait patiently for the new year to come. Don't try to bring it to you. It will come whether or not you are alive or dead. Accept good counsel.

    Question is, were they driving too close behind the vehicle with the garbage? If so and they see danger they should of stay 24ft away to avoid an accident.
