3 male teens on Tortola charged for Burglary
According to the Arrest Blotter from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) for the period May 3 to May 9, 2020, all three teens were granted bail in the amount of $5000 each and are to appear in Juvenile Court on July 21, 2020.
Other arrests were for Common Assault, Cultivation of Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply and Driving without Driver’s Licence.

BURGLARY
On 03-05-20 at 1438hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17 year old male of Dawson’s Bay for Burglary. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Juvenile Court on 21-07-20 at 0900hrs.
On 05-0-20 at 1030hrs, Police arrested and charged a 16 year old male of Duff’s Bottom for Burglary. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Juvenile Court on 21-07-20 at 1200hrs
On 05-0-20 at 1530hrs, Police arrested and charged a 15 year old male of Duff’s Bottom for Burglary. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Juvenile Court on 21-07-20 at 1200hrs.
COMMON ASSAULT
On 07-05-20 at 1644hrs, Police arrested and charged Arondel Francois, 26 of Fat Hog’s Bay for Common Assault. He was granted bail in the amount of $10,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 25-07-20 at 0900hrs.
On 07-05-20 at 1651hrs, Police arrested and charged Jamaal Rodney, 27 of Fat Hog’s Bay for Common Assault, Taking Conveyance, Armed with an Offence Weapon and Criminal Trespass. He was granted bail in the amount of $10,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 25-07-20 at 0900hrs.
CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
On 08-05-20 at 0640hrs, Police arrested and charged Hilroy Warner, 45 of South Valley, Virgin Gorda for Cultivation of Cannabis. He was granted bail in the amount of $10,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 10-07-20 at 0900hrs.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG
On 09-05-20 at 2158hrs, Police arrested and charged Damyon Scatliffe, 29 of Long Trench for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply to Another and Breach of Curfew. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 23-07-20 at 0900hrs.
On 09-05-20 at 1220hrs, Police arrested and charged Shannon John, 34 of Little Dix Hill for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Travelling Backwards with a Motor Vehicle More Than Requisite, Reckless & Negligent Act, Failure to Stop at the Sound of A Siren, Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving an Uninsured Vehicle. He remains in Police Custody.
On 09-05-20 at 2225hrs, Police arrested and charged Karem Caines, 30 of Major Bay for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug and Breach of Curfew. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 23-07-20 at 0900hrs.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG WITH INENT TO SUPPLY
On 08-05-20 at 0420hrs, Police arrested and charged Menford Millere, 53 of The Valley, Virgin Gorda for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 23-07-20 at 0900hrs.
DRIVING WITHOUT DRIVER’S LICENSE
On 03-05-20 at 1719hrs, Police arrested and charged Ramon Herrera Mariano, 55 of Sea Cow’s Bay for Driving without a Driver’s License, Using a Motor Vehicle When Not Covered by a Policy of Insurance Against Third Party Risks, Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving an Uninsured Vehicle. He was granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on 21-07-20 at 0900hrs.
