3 injured in golf cart accident @ Guana Island

GUANA ISLAND, VI – Three persons were taken to Peebles Hospital following a golf cart accident earlier this afternoon, April 3, 2015 at Guana Island.

This information was confirmed with the management of Guana Island Hotel who said the incident involved three of its employees.

According to reports, the injuries were minor but the employees were nevertheless transported to Peebles Hospital for further checks.

Up to press time the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Public Relations Department had no information pertaining to the accident.

    It's a private island- the car don't have to be licensed and insurance - in general the whole island is or should be insured - the owner have way more money that Richard Branson so I'm sure they will look out for them....hope so.
