So does that mean this is the first steps in also moving August Festival Village over there and turning the old Festival Grounds into a parking lot for Road Town????

How much money are you paying those private land owners for the use of their land.

I had rather it on the beach to be honest, for when the young legal girl get nice you walk them on the sore line. And it's pure sauce after that!! Now we will have to walk on the rock Tru wild tamarind for sauce that's boring yo!!

The location may be suitable for the music festival.

But it terms of "an enchanting setting" I wish we could put the clock back to before the speculative land reclamation project of the 1960's. In those days Wickams Cay 1 and 2 were palm studded islets and Main Street skirted the coastline.

When I first stepped ashore in the mid 1970's the damage had been done. The acreage of sand, which became ripe for sprawling development, is none of nature's doing.

We hear but calm down, na. That was then and it's quite unfortunate...lets move on, learn from it and try to make the future better and brighter for all VIslanders. Peace brother!

        In response to @Roger Burnett.

If only we were moving on all would be well. But alas, we are not learning from the past. We are making the same errors over and over again.

I repeatedly get your message on many issues. I'm told to relax, calm down, there's nothing you can do about it. But therein lies the problem. By calming down and sitting back we encourage more of the same.

Here's an idea - free of charge - are there any Cruise ships in on those days? If so contact the cruise lines and see if they'd like to delay their usual departure times.
Arrange special pricing for the passengers because:
    1. All of the people on the cruise won't want to hear this.
    2. They are not staying all night because those who won't attend will eventually want to sleep.
