11th Sitting of 1st Session of 5th HoA slated for May 16

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Legislators will return to the House of Assembly (HoA) Chamber in Road Town to do the business of the people on Thursday, May 16, 2024.

It will be the Eleventh Sitting of the First Session of the Fifth House of Assembly.

The HoA last met on May 2, 2024.

An Order Paper has not yet been released to the media.

Thursday’s Sitting, scheduled to start at 10:00 AM, is expected to be aired LIVE on House of Assembly VI Youtube; House of Assembly of the Virgin Islands Facebook; 780 AM ZBVI Radio; CBN-Radio (90.9 FM); FLOW TV Channel 101; and CCT TV Channel 291.

    Business of the people is to know who is getting all the contracts and all of the money. Looking forward to HOA returning to do the business of the people. Who gets all of the kickback money too would be nice. Oh and how much. Thnx.

    I lime the site..Its appropriate, strategy located for huge events Its too rush, it needs time to get the area properly prepared. Its not ready for rains, it needs a east 3 female, 3 male rest room, it needs fencing..We not cancelling it, we need to move it to October holiday weekend..As it is its too close to The other Festivals..
